By submitting the deferral form for the 2025 adidas Manchester Marathon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Withdrawal from the 2025 Event

• By completing the deferral form, you confirm your withdrawal from the 2025 adidas Manchester Marathon. Your entry for the 2025 event will be cancelled and cannot be reinstated.

1. Deferral Process & Deadlines

• You must complete the 2025 deferral form no later than 23:59 on the 11th February 2025.
• To secure your place in the 2026 adidas Manchester Marathon, you must complete the 2026 entry form and pay the £30 deferral fee by Friday 25^th April.

1. Confirmation of 2026 Entry

• Your 2026 entry is not confirmed until both the 2026 entry form is completed and the £30 deferral fee is paid.
• Failure to complete the 2026 form and payment by Friday 25^th April will result in the loss of your deferred entry, and no refunds or further deferral options will be available.

1. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Deferred entries are not permitted to be deferred again.
• Deferrals are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another participant.
• The deferred entry cannot be transferred to another event.
• The £30 deferral fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. General Conditions

• The 2026 event terms and conditions will apply to all deferred entries.
• The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the deferral process in exceptional circumstances.
