Accepted London Ballot Refund Form

Congratulations on your successful London ballot application! We wish you the best of luck with your 26.2-mile challenge in London. To receive a full refund of your Manchester entry cost (minus the booking fee), or deferral in the 2026 event, please provide the necessary proof by Friday, September 6th, 2024.

If you purchased team or duo tickets, the relevant portion of the fee will be refunded for the individual.

Please submit your refund request below. The proof must be a screenshot or email file that shows a successful London ballot application that matches your name, in addition to the payment or booking confirmation from London Marathon Events.

When will I receive my refund?

Our team will process entries to this form weekly. If your refund request is successful, you can expect to receive the refund 3-4 workings days after your refund request is processed.
