LONDON BALLOT GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We will be offering those who enter during the 2026 Launch Entry Window (27th April 2025 – 6th May 2025) the opportunity to receive a full refund of your Manchester entry cost (minus the booking fee) if you are accepted into the London Marathon public ballot.
In order to receive this refund you will will need to provide the necessary proof that you have been accepted into the London Marathon Public Ballot ONLY by 23:59 1st September, 2025.
The proof must be both of the following:
  • A screenshot of/or email file that shows a successful London ballot application that matches your name
  • Screenshot of/email file that shows payment or booking confirmation from London Marathon Events.
If you purchased a two person ticket, the relevant portion of the fee will be refunded for the individual.

When will I receive my refund?

Our team will process entries to this form weekly from the 2nd of September 2025. If your refund request is successful, you can expect to receive the refund 3-4 workings days after your refund request is processed.
