Fuelling is key to having a successful marathon, especially on event day. Through practising your event day nutrition strategy during training, by the time you hit the start line, your body will have adapted to digesting on the go. The below HIGH5 products will be on offer for participants. 

HIGH5 Energy Gel Aqua | ON COURSE

The Energy Gel Aqua from HIGH5 will be available only at drink stations 3, 5 and 7. Plan your nutrition & hydration in advance of event day, and ensure you have your preferred nutrition with you. Gels on course will be supplement to your own so we recommend you to bring additional hydration and nutrition based on your specific needs.

Overview 

Water and refreshing natural fruit juices give Energy Gel Aqua its extremely light consistency when delivering carbohydrates straight to your muscles during exercise.

Suggested Use 

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink. 

You don't need to drink extra water with it but when exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.

HIGH5 Recovery Protein Bar | FINISH LINE

The Recovery Protein Bar from HIGH5 will be handed out at the finish line to all participants to help initiate their recovery process. One bar per participant will be handed out as participants make their way through the finish chute. Make sure to also plan a good solid meal post event to replace lost calories and reduce the risk of injury.

The HIGH5 Recovery Protein Bar is high in protein & carbs for muscle recovery & repair, helping you adapt and optimise your training gains. With a light texture and great natural taste. We reworked our Recovery Bars to increase the amount of protein per serve and work on improving the taste. Now with:

Suggested Use
