We are excited to share that over the next couple of weeks 32,000 packs containing those invaluable bibs, with your timing chip attached, will land on doorsteps and in post boxes all over the UK.

The majority of bibs are being sent out in batches from on the 15th and 18th March. If yours doesn’t arrive at the same time as your friends, please do not worry, the friendly postman has a lot on his plate with 32,000 marathon pack deliveries to make (and that’s just our marathon!), we are sure it will be with you soon.

HAS MY PACK BEEN POSTED?

If you are based in the UK and you signed up before the 1st March, your pack will be posted out on either the 15th or 18th March, in fact it might well be making its way through your letterbox today.

If you registered after that date (team’s f two or duo tickets) your pack will be posted by Monday 8th April at the latest (likely before).

I’M AN INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANT

We’re delighted you’re making the journey to join us. As per our communications, you’ll need to join us at Pack Collection to grab yours on the Saturday prior to the event.

I’M PANICKING! WHAT IF MY PACK DOESN’T GET HERE?!

Please don’t worry, we’ve been honing this process since the first event and are confident over 99% of packs will arrive in the post safely as usual. In the unlikely event your pack/number does not arrive (or you lose/destroy/forget it) you can grab a replacement free of charge from our friendly team at Pack Collection on Saturday 13th April.
