adidas Manchester Marathon Entry Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. The Host of this prize draw is A.S.O. UK (160 Falcon Road, London, SW11 2LN) (“The Host”).

2. The Host is offering those who enter this competition a chance to win one of 12 paid places to the 2025 adidas Manchester Marathon worth £89 + 7.5% Booking Fee (GBP).

3. To enter this prize draw, entrants must leave their details on the form hosted on https://www.manchestermarathon.co.uk/news/jamie-laing/, leaving their email address (phone number is optional) to be contacted should they win.

4. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over on event day (27 April 2025). This promotion is not open to any employees of the Host or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

5. One entry allowed per person.

6. The promotion is open to entries from time that the competition page is made public on the adidas Manchester Marathon website until 11am 01 April 2025. The Host retains the right to extend the competition opening time.

7. 12 winners will be drawn. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

8. The winners will be required to provide additional information when registering in order to claim their prizes, including but not limited to: email address, date of birth, home address, gender,

10. The winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place no later than 1 hour  following the end of the promotional period.

11. The winner will be notified on Tuesday 01 April 2025 via an email from The Host. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid email address within 48 hours of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner (however, this 48 hour period may be extended at the Hosts discretion).  If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

12. The Entry Fee paid (not including booking fee) will be donated to Comic Relief.

12. The Host does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
