Manchester Running Clubs
The thought of joining a running club can be daunting. What if I’m too slow? I don’t know enough about running. I’m time poor – I can’t fit a club meet my schedule!
Running clubs are in fact friendly, welcoming places where many beginner or amateur runners have thrived and never looked back. There is no pressure to attend every session, and they will help you get the most out of your training for events such as the Manchester Marathon. You can also make friends and socialise after a busy day; challenge yourself and get fitter through structured sessions; explore new routes to keep your training interesting; and hear about great new events to sign up to (or better yet, enter a relay with your new club members!)
So, we reached out to running clubs in and around Manchester to see which ones are after new members, just like you. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, there is a club for you. Check out the offerings below for some inspiration and see you on a club night!
