The adidas Manchester Marathon returned on Sunday 19^th April, one of the largest Marathon events in Europe finishing at the historical University of Manchester on Oxford Road

Last April, we saw the successful return of the adidas Manchester Marathon bringing a fantastic £44 million boost to the local economy. The event was attended by over 36,000 people, who came to achieve personal goals and also to fulfil charity fundraising for causes close to their hearts. The event raised an amazing £4.5 million for multiple local and national charities, and donated thousands more to local clubs, groups and organisations who volunteered at it.
