Ultimate Manchester Marathon Bundle 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Promoter & Partners

1.1 The promoter and host of this prize draw is A.S.O. U.K. Ltd, 160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN (“the Promoter”).
1.2 The prize partners for this promotion are HIGH5, Erdinger Alkoholfrei, Hyatt Hotels, Runna (The Run Buddy Limited) and adidas (UK) Limited (together, “the Partners”). 

  1. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.  

2.2 This promotion is only open to those with an confirmed entrant into the 2026 adidas Manchester Marathon. 
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, the Partners, their affiliated companies, immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Internet access and a personal social media account are required to participate. 

  1. How to Enter

3.1 To enter during the Promotional Period (see clause 4), entrants must:
(a) comment on the official competition post on a Manchester Marathon social media channel; and
(b) include a link to their adidas Manchester Marathon 2026 JustGiving page within the comment. 

3.2 Only one (1) entry per person per social channel where it is posted is permitted. Entries made on behalf of another person, joint entries, or entries using another individual’s JustGiving page will not be accepted.
3.3 Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation or tampering with the promotion. 

  1. Promotional Period

4.1 The promotion opens from the time of posting on social media on Wednesday 11th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 17th February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotional Period at its sole discretion. 

  1. The Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Experience, which includes: 

  • Runna Premium: One (1) year subscription to Runna Premium (RRP £104.09); 
  • adidas: One (1) T-shirt, one (1) pair of shorts, one (1) jacket, one (1) pair of socks, and one (1) pair of adidas Adizero Pro 4 shoes (total RRP up to £500); subject to change depending on availably. 
  • HIGH5 ZERO Nutrition: One (1) year’s supply of HIGH5 ZERO, consisting of twenty (20) tubes in a random selection of flavours (400 servings total, RRP £159.80); 
  • Erdinger Alkoholfrei Recovery Bundle, including: 

One (1) case of twenty-four (24) cans (RRP £41.95);One (1) Manchester Marathon engraved glass (RRP £5.90); 

  • Hyatt Hotel Stay: One (1) overnight stay in a double or twin room on Saturday 18 June 2026 at Hyatt Regency Manchester, 55 Booth Street West, Manchester, M15 6PQ, in a Hyatt Regency King Room including breakfast (RRP £486). 

5.2 The total prize value is up to £1,297.74.
5.3 The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.
5.4 The Promoter and/or Partners reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with an item of equal or greater value, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
5.5 All prize elements are subject to availability. Final specifications (including shoe size/model and hotel availability) are at the discretion of the Partners. 

  1. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
6.2 The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotional Period closing.
6.3 The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via direct message on the platform used to enter.
6.4 If the winner does not respond, provide required information, or declines the prize within five (5) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The original winner will forfeit any claim to the prize. 

 

  1. Prize Claim & Fulfilment

7.1 The winner must provide reasonable information required to fulfil the prize, including: 

  • UK delivery address; 
  • Contact email address and phone number; 
  • Clothing size & shoe size. 
  • The above information will be shared with the Partners for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.  

7.2 Subject to availability and receipt of all required information: 

  • adidas items will be delivered by 31 March 2026; 
  • Erdinger Alkoholfrei prizes will be dispatched after the prize draw: 

The case of cans will be sent via Beerhunter and delivered by DPD; 

The glass will be sent via Royal Mail First Class by 31 March 2026; 

  • HIGH5 ZERO will be dispatched by post within one (1) month of the winner providing their address; 
  • Digital prizes (e.g. subscriptions) and hotel room booking will be fulfilled separately. 

7.3 The Promoter and Partners accept no responsibility for delivery delays outside their reasonable control. 

  1. General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 The Promoter and Partners are not responsible for network, system, or software failures, or for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
8.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.4 The winner’s name and county of residence will be available upon request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address within ten (10) weeks of the closing date.
8.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
