I’ve been running on and off for over ten years but only started seriously running again in September 2019, during lockdown running became a serious part of my life and helped me get through it all, I’m a big advocate for Mental Health and people talking about their Mental Health as its such a stigma still, I find running is a huge help for me personally which keeps my body and mind healthy. I love music, everything from metal, to indie and making running playlists. I love cake and craft beers ( the running helps with the calories of both of those ha ha) and running, did I mention I love running?
